Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your LiteTrip purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for returns
• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• For hygiene reasons, personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, grooming tools) are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to start a return
Email support@litetrip.net with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is faulty/damaged)

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Return shipping
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend a tracked service for your protection.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges
• We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• We’ll replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
