1) Do you sell holidays directly?
No — LiteTrip does not sell or process bookings. We curate travel deals and redirect you to trusted partners (such as Booking.com, Expedia, GetYourGuide, etc.) where the actual booking is made.
2) Do I pay extra when I book through your links?
No. You pay the same price you would pay if you visited the partner directly. In some cases you may even see exclusive or limited-time deals.
3) How does LiteTrip make money then?
Some of the links on our website are affiliate links. When you book through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep our content free.
4) Are the offers verified or automated?
We do not automatically scrape deals. Every offer we publish is hand-picked, reviewed for credibility, and sourced only from reputable travel platforms.
5) Can I change or cancel my booking through you?
No. All changes, cancellations or questions about your trip must be handled directly with the partner you booked through (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, airline, etc.).
6) Do you take requests for custom destinations?
Yes — you can message us via our contact page if you want us to help you find deals for a specific destination or type of trip.
7) Is LiteTrip available only for the UK?
Our recommendations are focused on trips popular with UK travellers, but most deals we share can be booked from anywhere.
